Heart Exchange Psychology & Wellness is a Christian, faith-based telehealth group practice serving high-achieving professionals and public figures. Evolved from Perry Psychological & Consultation Services, our mission is to create emotionally and spiritually safe spaces for individuals navigating demanding personal and professional lives. We are also dedicated to equipping the next generation of spiritually integrated clinicians.

About the Role
We are seeking a fully licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD) in Texas to provide virtual therapy to adults, teens, and/or couples. This is a part-time W2 position (8–12+ billable hours per week) ideal for a compassionate, ethically grounded provider who integrates faith into treatment upon client request.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual psychotherapy in line with clinical best practices and company policies

  • Maintain 8–12+ billable hours per week

  • Be available at least two weekday evenings (4:00–7:00 PM CST) and select Saturdays (9:00 AM–1:00 PM CST)

  • Complete documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Respond to client inquiries within 48 business hours

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative case consultation

  • Engage in quarterly community activities (e.g., workshops, speaking engagements, social media, or groups)

  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain active licensure

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited program (APA, CACREP, CSWE, or COAMFTE)

  • Full, unrestricted clinical license in Texas

  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience

  • Comfortable with technology and strong in documentation and communication

  • Reliable internet and private, secure space for conducting telehealth sessions

  • Committed to HIPAA compliance, ethical boundaries, and client-centered care

  • Open to working with diverse concerns, including topics that may challenge traditional Christian views

  • Willing and able to integrate Christian faith in treatment upon client request

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • In-network with BCBS-TX or registered with CAQH

  • Experience using SimplePractice EHR

  • Prior experience in Christian counseling

  • Specialty in treating teens, couples, anxiety, trauma, or grief
